Hi! I've been inactive for quite some time and I have a question...

I remember there being some sort of furnace where you could craft these weapons (I still have some kettles and alloys saved up for that), but where has the crafting place gone?

I can't find anything about what I need to craft said items either D: What has happened when I was away?

It's a seasonal Millionaire Centre item - it should pop up in autumn. c: It's also battle loot from a couple of challengers, namely Cursed Effigy (Fireside only) and Cursed Effigy, the Tormented.

This item is a Challenger drop and challengers all got reset. This means folks who were able to defeat these challengers before (and sometimes years ago) will be able to do it again and get more. It's cheaper now to buy it from other users than it is wait and buy it in the Millionaire Center. This item isn't just a crafts-item it's a stat-booster, so the price won't stay down long even though the market hasn't IMO reached saturation yet.
