SELL THINGS things I miss the auctions!! Trades take forever and if you put your prices too low in shop lots of people get mad which i understand. I miss the auctions!!!

Honestly putting items in a shop is the best way for lower priced items.

For hired priced items, opening a thread in Advertising seems much more effective. I've never like the Auction system, personally I felt it was useless and ineffective

Like previously said, shops for lower priced items are the best. It depends on how low you are pricing your items whether or not people get mad. You can always try the Advertising forums for higher priced items or items you really wish to sell at a certain price.

Auctions don't really appeal to me. Waiting to be outbid and...yeah.

trades take forever I mean i have lots of trades that Im desperately trying to get rid of and it takes forever least with auctions i could put the items in overnight at a ridiculosly cheap price and people could have fun!. I have a post on advertising forums its not doing anything guess im impatient lol. So thought id see if i could at least get a raffle ticket and here what others do to sell stuff

Just autoprice them or drop the price by a few sP instead of thousands. Though also, who cares if people get mad? People whine about everything.

thanks yeah your right guess this day and age everyone is in everyones business. if my trades dont sell soon guess i will shove back in my shop and hope for the best.

I am a massive undercutter, and totally I put things in my shop to sell them if I mean to sell them for less than 100MsP. If there's tons of the item at that price (that price that everyone gets mad about if you undercut it), it's because nobody but nobody actually wants to pay that way too fucking high price. They're wrong. Subeta has taken an inflationary approach to sP granting and if the sP is not there now for your customers to buy from you in a timely manner, it's never gonna be.

You can either be a mad slasher like myself, or you can take a more moderate approach. I have found that how much to cut in order to get a quicksale is not so much the commonly held "wisdom" dropping the price by one sP or by a thousand, but by dropping the price by a certain percentage of the current price so that it is clear to folks to realize you've got a good deal. If autopricers make it so that once again that everyone else are selling for (your) new price, and you don't get a sale in a week or so, the price is still too high. (or if you're feeling especially evil or in need of sP, autopricers only work once a day so price your item twice a day or more)
