So I'm going to opening a shop soon, to sell some things. I need money for a variety of reasons, but mainly because my PC is slowly dying and I am going to buy myself a new computer - a MAC finally! I'm excited. But the thing is, I'm also going to be putting my car up for sale in a few days and I'm going to be getting my first NEW car - hopefully a brand new lime green Kia Soul.
BUT ANYWAYS.
I'm going to be selling a huge variety of things, all handmade by me of course. I'm a bit stumped as to pricing though. What I make can be worth anywhere from $1 to over $100. I don't think I'll be selling the higher-end things on here...I think I'll go up to maybe $30 items?
How much would you spend on an item online, considering it to be high quality?
I don't have pictures right now because I'm at work, but I will get some posted soon. Basically though, I make really intricate steampunk jewelry, custom sculpey pieces, ugly dolls maybe, simple beaded bracelets of plastic beads, more expensive/complicated bracelets of glass/stone beads, necklaces/earrings with simple dangles on hoops/cord, pearler bead creations, intricate pattern ink drawings, stickers of your characters/etc., bookmarks with drawings on them/beaded dangles...
I don't know. I can basically make anything. I am a super creative, very talented person. I'm not bragging...it's just, well...it's true. I have a talent for learning crafts/art.
So what am I asking you for? I guess you could just name a craft or show a picture of a craft and tell me how much you'd pay for it? Would that work? I'll post pics later, but you know...work. ;)
