8/10 I like your HA, it's well balanced and well put together. I like how you stuck to a color scheme and kept things cute and eccentric without doing too much. :) My favorite part about this is the necklace. It adds charm. My least favorite... Maybe the sandals? It doesn't look bad, but there are other choices. I hope that was a good rating. ^ ^ ;

7/10. I like the colors but I think with more background layering the whole thing could really come alive. And I agree with what .K.Rouge said about the shoes. But the colors are really pretty together. And the HA's face is lovely.
