- She's the owner of the Tanning Salon, which you can get to through the wardrobe. You used to be able to get there through the Ziara City map. It looks like the link is gone, but you can still see where it was. It's that purple rooftop patio thing in the lower right.

Bug Guy Joe runs the Bug Game in the Shadowglen Underground.

I don't know that Sawbones and Joe Schmo actually exist. Sawbones was a fake name given during the Shadowglen Underground release, by the looks of things. I don't know who for, or if there was actually a character it was supposed to be an alias for (you could scan through the wiki page and see if you might be able to tell).

Joe Schmo is just a generic name when used in real life though, tbh I think that's what the Subeta items are probably referencing?
