Hi !

My boyfriend has picked in his preferences not to show the full avatars on forums. I have to say it is pretty handy because avatars are pretty big so I decided to do the same like a week ago or something. I haven't clicked on anything since then but no changing and I still see full avatars on the forums ? At first I wasn't too 'worried' because of the downtimes and such, I thought it just was taking time to update but still...it is a week if not more that nothing has happened yet !

on the forums, that's how I see all the persons when they talk :

and I don't have a screenshot for it, but on my boyfriend's account, when he is on forums, he just has a small headshot like on comments. A bit like that :

• the achievements number / number of posts

Is this functionality broken or is this just my account ?

I had thought it wasn't working ever since they switched to the new forums but if it's working for your boyfriend, I would try a hard refresh/clearing your cache/checking in another browser if you can? For what it's worth, I tried disabling mine and it didn't change either.

Actually I don't know when he set that so probably before the revamps and stuff. I am not much on the forums so tbh I didn't even know they changed that lol But thank you having tried. So I guess it is broken for everyone, not just me. :)

If it's still showing though, then it should work. Because when the forums were first revamped there were other people complaining that they had the option set to not show full avatars and it still was. I never saw anything about a fix, so if it's still working for him then something's glitchy.

Should I fill a ticket or make a thread in the Bugs section then ? That's not the most important problem on Subeta and I would rather expect them to fix other more important glitches so I don't know if it is worth it to report that.

I'll get to see him in one hour again so I'll ask again about that avatar feature. :)

Problems & Bugs thread, it's not account-specific. But yeah I would make sure his forums are still showing like that first
