Just like other chance machines, it's possible it may go away, but some stay... I think this one is here to stay for awhile, since its only been about a month.

I'll look around for a more definite answer..

I'm not seeing anything about it on the Retirement Reminders thread, so if it is going to retire, it's not going to be anytime soon. If they do decide to retire it, though, I'm sure they will make a news post about it a good long while in advance so that everyone gets a chance to get what they want.
