So, I'm an old lady, a former Neo addict, who taught herself to code. I humble myself before those of you that can make a living at it. lol

Anyway, my daughter wanted me to come to Subeta, found I like it here, but my achievements have never been right. Being new, I didn't even understand what the problem was. Some of the achievements showed I had already reached them, or tiers in them, and some are doubled, shown twice on the list. Got my hand into the game, always loved making Neo userlayouts, so got busy on something to throw up on here. During that time I had to learn a few new things, but one thing I was surprised to learn was that not all achievements are recorded the same! Apparently some are recorded by User ID#, while others are recorded by User Name. The ones I show doubles of, or that were in progress or completed when I created my account, are the ones recorded by User Name. In fact, if you look at my user profile you will see a difference between the amount of Bobbleheads shown on Subeta text and the Widget box, as well as a difference in the amount of Stickers. These differences show up because they are recorded by User Name instead of ID#, so the previous owner of this User Name has items showing up on what is mine, now. I wonder if anyone who has never taken over a name even realizes this.

Anyway, how would I ask for help with this issue? It being site-wide, is there someplace I can explain my problem so that, maybe, someone doesn't realize and it's an easy fix? How would I go about filing a ticket to see if they might be able to remove the former owner's information from my account? I'm not sure that if you've never taken over an old User Name you've never encountered the problem? Any advice would be welcome. And thank you in advance! :)

Excuse me, when I brought up the Bobbleheads, I meant to point out that since SubetaLodge looks it up by User Name, the way it is apparently recorded, you will see that between the 2 of us Users, we have 28 Bobbleheads, even though officially, according to my profile, I have 11. So is it SubetaLodge? Or Subeta?

If you are not certain it's a sitewide problem go to Help and file a Ticket. Unlike Neo who will ignore you or send you a retarded template that isn't any help at all, you will get a sane response here.

If you are certain that it's a sitewide problem, or if the Ticket UA tells you it's a bug, then you would make a thread in Problems & Bugs. There's been errors in Achievements for awhile now. You should first check and see if there's already a thread on the same subject.

Subetalodge is a fansite. It is not run by Subeta and has its own staff. If you have any difficulties with them you should contact them.

Yes, your suggestions all makes sense, I guess I was trying to find out if anyone had knowledge of it being reported before. I didn't grow up with the technical-speak to even know if I'm making any sense, actually. Hence the reason for bringing up SubetaLodge, maybe someone knew that it was an existing problem there. I'll c/p my post and make a ticket, i guess. I wouldn't know what to look for through the threads.

You fill tickets when you notice problems on the site (like not receiving an achievement prize for instance). The ticket page is here. The tickets get assigned by User Admins and they will try to reply to you as soon as they can, and fix your problem so I believe he just meant Ticket User Admin. ;)
