Graveyard and Nightmare potions restock at the Magic Box, but are also sometimes available in the Token Shop. You can also buy them from other users.

Storm Potions are from a random event of Tempest wanting a hug. She may give you a potion, or she may give you another storm related item exclusive to her random events. But you can also buy the potion from other users as well. They sometimes stock in the Token Shop if I remember right.

Hello! The other option, aside from making a pet through a potion, would be to use the pet zapper, but that is pretty risky ("The regular zapper can zap items unlocked in your inventory, change your pet into a strange new species or destroy the minion it has attached. You've been warned!"). You can also search in the pound, which you can find in Delphi, for those specific color. There are usually some Graveyard and Nightmare pets in there (looks like there are 3 or 4 of each right now!), but it's relatively rare to find a storm pet in there.
