Some googling and browsing the wiki led me to discover avatar skins, which have always been my favorite type of item on every site I've been a part of; however, as far as I can tell, these are only available during the site holiday morostide from the zapper, correct? I'm curious because I'm almost positive I've seen avatars around the forum with skins other than those listed on the wiki as available during morostide, but I might just be imagining that. If I'm wrong, are there any skins that are available as items that people can trade/sell? I've tried searching user shops and trades, but it's difficult when you have no idea if the items you're looking for even exist.

Once you unlock a skin you can use it whenever you like, but skins are mostly only available to be unlocked during their specific events (Morostide, Survival or Fireside) and cannot be bought / sold. The only currently unlockable skin is the lace skin, which is randomly unlocked by buying at the Subeautique. c: There are a few buyable 'skins' too though: [item=Genetech SecondSkin V.2] [item=ghouls choice liquid latex (dark)]

Skins are a relatively new feature, they were created as part of the new wardrobe.

Skins can not be bought or traded by users. Currently the majority of skins come from two locations/events: Survival Celebration (in Feb) when ttpically zombie or mutant like skins, and Morostide (in Oct) when various experimental skins can be collected.

There is also a skin called Lace that can be awarded from randomly purchasing a Subeautique item.

There are quite a few more buyable skins than mentioned. To find them all, load up the wardrobe and filter for "All items on Subeta" and look in the "body" and "fullbody" layers.
