Why Wiz doesn't give quest points…

He has a section in the quest shop, but he doesn't give out quest points. Just wondering why that is…
He gives out quest points! I just got one from him.
Then I'm having some really bizarre bad luck. I made a special effort of looking for points from him the past few days and haven't gotten a single one -- despite doing all of his quests daily. GA/non-GA shouldn't make a difference… I wonder what the rate is… I just got 4 from Sag tonight already.
He does indeed! I got several from him today. You might just be extremely unlucky? Or maybe since he hands out Wizard Tokens, he's set to a lower distribution rate than most other Quests?

It does happen, I got 2 from him today. I think they've lowered the rate that they're given out, though?

I have QP and I almost never do any other quest than Allard and Quentin, so he has to be giving them out. You've just been unlucky sorry.
Saggitarius gives out a higher proportion of QP than the other quest grantors, because we're expected to give up on his quest more often. It's not so unusual to get a lot from him compared to any other quest grantor. My experience with all the quest grantors is that my chance for a QP is one in 8, and for Saggi, 1 in 6.
