Sooo.... I still really want a nose stud. I was going to get my belly button pierced, but I've gained a lot of weight and my belly actually sits over my button. I'm far too large to get it done at this time, so, why not save up and get my nose done?

I have a bulb nose and I need some photoshop magic to make sure my nose wouldn't look stupid. If someone can place a stud and a ring, that would be great.
