I heard about getting loyalty box after being on subeta for two years, I have been on for 10 years and didn't get one of these, is it normal? I haven't logged in for a few years though, could that be because of that?

Did you check your User Preferences or Achievements page?

Yes, I checked both. Well I checked the user dashboard and the achievement page, my achievement page is not working very well, I keep getting the same achievement over and over (like every night I do the quest, I get the same achievement....) EDIT: I just went to the preference page again and got nothing

I'd go ahead and file a ticket on it. You may have been considered inactive, staff should be able to look it up for you.

I'm pretty sure I was considered inactive as my username had been changed. Would that be the reason I didn't get it?

I don't think it makes a difference if you're inactive or not, but Loyalty Boxes are currently broken and don't tend to show up from the User Dashboard like they're supposed to. You can file a ticket to get any that you're due.
