So, I got my loyalty box today, and I'd been dying to make a Monster Hunter - inspired pet, so I did so! :D Meet Crimson Rathalos, the Reborn Magnus! :D
Just so you know, the Rathalos (all versions) is my FAVORITE Monster from the Monster Hunter Series, with Kirin (an Elder Dragon) placing a very close second. :D

Thanks! I wasn't much into Monster Hunter myself until I watched a few Monster Hunter videos on YT. Most people give flack to Rathalos saying he's an easy monster, but I loved his design quite a bit more than some of the others (with only an Elder Dragon and a Leviathan coming close to getting the new pet design here), so you KNOW he's going to have some fun being worked on.

Ah I see. :D I've looked up some pictures and I gotta admit he looks really awesome. Sometimes the "weaker" monsters in games are prettier than the stronger, so I can totally relate to that. (: (This comes from someone who still prefers X-ATM 092 from Final Fantasy VIII over beasts like Ultima Weapon. And yeah, compared to each other my cute "black widow" is very weak. :D)
I'll definitely check back on Rathalos every once in a while to see what you come up with him. :D
Thanks! Though, I'll likely work with Raiden a bit more and figure out why he's not getting the Pet Spotlight (I have a feeling I know why, but I'll need to work with that more). Then, I'll be working with Rathalos. :)
