: Your thoughtful gift reminded me of a little story.

I have a friend in St Helena, California, who is a very gifted hostess and caterer. Mind you, this is in the heart of California's elite wine country and home of the Culinary Institute. One of the items on her catering menu is "Assorted Napa Valley Breads" and it is a popular item. When I asked her how she had time to run her antiques shop and to cater weddings and garden parties on the scale she did and to bake all the breads in her "Assorted Napa Valley Breads" she giggled. It seems that she bought all her "Assorted Napa Valley Breads" at the supermarket just down the block from her house…she can't bake bread.
