I want to do their quests but I don't know where they are. :/ help, please?

@ RootCanal You can add the Quests widget, which has links to all the quests, to your sidebar. Personal tab > Customise Sidebar

But to answer the question, I'm not sure where to go to find them elsewhere.

I have the quest widget but neither of them are listed there! bummer, thank you!

Edit: odd that they haven't labeled it as retired in the achievements board, someone should get on that lol

Mori and Nori are the Cursed Quests. Nori during the day, and Mori at night.

No problem. I have about 200 more quests completed for Mori than I do Nori, so I understand!

And I think Amy's quests were replace with Sarah's quests now

Yes. Sarah is Amy's big sister if I am correct and Amy died in some plot years ago so now Sarah is replacing her for the newbie quests. Otherwise, you still can go to see any kind of other quest givers and click on the button : and select Cursed and/or Sarah : :)
