What weapons are a MUST to put in the armory?

That kind of depends on which tier your pet is in. The weapons I consider as staple weapons would be I think every battler should have these at some point. Other weapons which I think are really usefull are:

But ofcourse a tier 1 pet isn't able to equip most of these weapons, so it really depends on what you want to know at this point? There are guides for recommended weapons at each tier, like the Weapon guide and the Weapon Advice by tier guide.

How do the tiers work?

@ forbiddenmagic Tiers determine which weapons your pet is able to use. If you'd have a tier 3 pet, you'd be able to use weapons for tier 3 and under, but not above. The tier your pet is in, is determined by the strength, defense, health and speed stats that a pet has. There is a table that shows how much stats you need over here. So for a pet to move from tier 1 to tier 2, you need at least 300 stats when adding strength, defense, health and speed together. Level and Intelligence don't count for this. If you train your pet even, so the same amounts for strength, defense, health and speed, then you'd need 75 in each stat to progress to tier 2, and your level would be 30. You don't need to do anything to move up a tier, when your pet reaches the required amount of stats, its tier changes automatically.

How are your pets stats? :)

I'm training several pets. I've got one in tier 12 which I'm working on getting to the current stat cap. One in tier 8, tier 7 and tier 6. Then there's a tier 2 which I'm trying to get to tier 3 because it's very close, and an army of tier 1s which I don't really do any battles with. It's kind of fun to have pets in different tiers, then there's different weapons you use and different strategies.
