If your asking about the Blue Building requirements... You don't need to read your pets books to get into the Blue Building. You just need to train your pet (or use boosters) so that the total stats equal 100.

So like: Level 10 Strength 23 Defense 23 Health 23 Speed 23 would work perfectly
