Soo.... I don't know if it was said anywhere in the older posts, but I couldn't find anything that relates to my suggestion. If there does seem to exist a similar topic, feel free to close this one, please. :)

I REALLY WANT MORE QUEST-EXCLUSIVE ITEMS. The last update I vaguely remember was adding new items to the Major like the awesome Ballerina sticker and stuff. Since he got kinda revamped though, they're looong gone ofc. We definitely need new additions and I don't mean stuffing 24733 things in the QS. Yes, they seem to be character related, but it's no challenge to get our hands on them and it's not the same. Why not giving the characters new exclusive items to hand out frequently during their time as WQ? Cinthia, Mori and Nori, Library, Maleria - these people have old stuff they hand out, but nobody wants to bother questing for these. I'd love to quest for some new books/geek stuff from Alexander, cute toys from Cinthia or mysterious dark and light themes items from Nori as well as some cool Darkmatter stuff from Maleria. I wouldn't even mind receiving some nice things from Quentin, Saggitarius, Pete or the Wizard as well! Hell, that would actually be kinda cool if they also get some special items to hand out. I would also love to see Major items again. Yes, the plugs were super annoying at some point, but I wouldn't mind some new ones - as well as the old ones that seem to be retired - to quest for.

And why don't we add a super-hyper-exclusive item to each of them that is actually really hard to get (like 1% 'drop chance')? All the current items seem to have the same chance of appearing, nothing stands out or could be considered more valuable than others. I would actually love taking on such a challenge, especially while we're on WQs that actually have no increased prizes even if stated above their heads. And these items could come with an achievement and maybe a cool forum title as well? That would be cool too!

[edit] Oh well, I thought that the QS would be brought up. xD That's not surprising because it is indeed something filled with 'quest stuff', but I think that obtaining these things provide absolutely no challenge. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm always drowning in points and I would really like some changes to the things the quest givers hand out on weekends. I don't see the point in them being there (other than for profit when doing Quentin/Cinthia which is kinda sad), so I hope that at least some minor changes are made someday.

I'm sort of iffy on this... when items go in the quest shop, they retain value pretty well and people get to actually choose what they want to spend quest points on. Quest points come from all of the quests so if there's an item I really want in the Wizard's shop, I'm probably going to do more than just Wizard quests to get it.

Items that are just random drops tend to lose value really quickly. Just doing Cinthia's quests yesterday I got two of her exclusive handouts:

They cost 5k and 10k respectively. Compare to a similar minion and plushie in her quest shop:

These cost 50k and 200k respectively.

Most of the quest shop minions and plushies are even more expensive. If we can use the price as an indicator of how challenging it is to obtain these items, there is a greater challenge in getting quest shop items than in getting quest exclusive items. Having "random drops" on a feature most people use daily to make sP anyway guarantees they item won't retain value.

There are a lot of users (myself included) that do 30-60 quests daily and earn a lot of quest points. I would much rather see a "super exclusive" item be put in the quest shop for a significantly higher price (~500 points or more).

Summary: I strongly prefer having the ability to choose how to spend quest points on an item that will retain value over items being put in a queue where they will become worthless over the course of a couple months.

You have something known as the Quest Shop for quest exclusive items.

I'd prefer that there not be any Super-Special Item at all, but if there is I would rather it be put in the Quest Shop for a buttload of points so that I can pick it up at my leisure (well, whenever I made that many points) rather than having to rely on sheer luck. Because when things are luck-based, they're unfair by nature. One person can do all their quests over and over and get the prize. One person can do a couple quests on a whim and get the prize. One person can quest regularly and get six of the prize over time. And one person can do all their quests over and over and never see it. And that's just not fun.

I'd rather the items were put in the quest shops as well.

I like having a random chance of getting an item, so I'd be all for this. Quest shops are great and all, but having that happy surprise of "oh! I got that item I've been after! How lucky!" is fun.

items from quests even WSQ only item lose value waay too fast. the quest shop items are working fine IMO, though I'd like to see some more expensive point value items added.

I wouldn't mind if the staff managed a way to ensure the items stayed at a decent price range.

Having items that lose all value because they become so common and items that are almost impossible to buy because they are so rare is incredibly fustrating
