So I'm getting a tribute made to the Practical Princess Suit. I don't know when it will be done, the artist has a nice chunk of items to draw for a handful of people. I'd like to gauge interest in it. I'm pretty sure I'm getting 3 recolors for a total of 4 versions. I'm thinking 650 CSC for the first batch to pay for mine and my artist copy. Then I'm not sure what to do from there? I feel like 1 copy per color isn't enough but I don't really want unlimited either.
So thoughts? Interest? Ping me if you want me to ping you when slots open!

I made a note, not a problem. I know the biggest change I wanted was no sleeves but with it being a tribute and having rules I'm leaving the rest up to the artist.
Do you know what colors you'll be doing? I'd love to see it finished and would most more than likely slot as well seeing as I love Fable III.

As long as I can I plan on doing the first one the original color, take slots and hope it gets accepted no issues.
As far as recolors, the artist will do them after the original is accepted. I plan on a light pink, rose, rust colored one, a white, grey one and a light blue, steel blue one.
BUT I am all for feedback! I'm only doing 3 because of cost and I don't want to overdo the item. Still unsure of batches, thinking no more than 3?
3 batches sounds like a good number to me for them, especially since I think people will really like them once they are able to see the final product and slot it.
The colors sound perfect! Count me in for a slot on all 4 please. I really can't wait to see how these come out.

I am at the mercy of the artist on a timeframe since it was for a contest, the wait is killing me though!
Once I can I'll get a forum up and going for slotting, doing the original first then a batch of each color. See how it goes for releasing them. I'm thinking 3 batches sounds good too. That way it is available but it's not going to be something that looses value and ends up in the Pawn Shop like crazy.
Ohh I can't wait!
Most things I do, I do in 2 batches for that reason. (I'm including the list of things I have ready to commission and already commissioned in that too. Lol.) Even if you did them unlimited, they could be locked so that you can limit how many are released at once or require a password for each one told.
I am so excited about this. I love these types of outfits!

Care to put some input into the name?
Dress Name Thoughts
There are no Subeta items with Efficient. But I like Functional and Sensible. I was going to go with Royal because I didn't think I could use Princess but someone said I should be able to. I also liked using colors to describe because I don't like when the names get irrelevant and wordy but someone else made the bottom suggestion.
Efficient Royal (Princess) Short Rust Dress (Pink) Efficient Royal (Princess) Short Cobalt, Azure Dress (Blue) Efficient Royal Short Alabaster, Snow, Neutral Dress (White) Efficient Royal Short Ash, Stone Dress (Gray)
Sensible Rust Attire of Royalty Functional Rust Corset Dress of Royalty Sensible Royal Short Dress in Rust
"Familiar (gray), Fascinating (blue), and Feminine (pink). I'm sure you could do the same with Sensible Shortdress (e.g., Sensual = pink, Stalwart = blue, Stoic = gray)."
Ohh, I love helping with names and stuff!
I liked these
I liked the Attire of Royalty ones.
Sensible Rust Attire of Royalty Sensual Rose Attire of Royalty Fascinating Sky Attire of Royalty Stoic Silver Attire of Royalty
(I changed pink, blue, and gray to rose, sky, and silver.) Or just:
Sensual Attire of Royalty Fascinating Attire of Royalty Stoic Attire of Royalty
Those are cute too.

I LOVE the first ones! I didn't think to name it that way! So you like Royalty better than Princess? I do think for the first naming it "Traditional" something of.
Effectively Traditional Attire of Royalty Traditionally Functional Attire of Royalty
I do like Royalty better than Princess. If you go in wardrobe and look at "all items on Subeta" there are SO MANY Princess items but there are hardly any Royal ones. (Which is weird. O.o)
I also love using words that aren't only colors but can be associated with them, like sky and silver.
