Hello! I'm a registered member since a few years now. I've been away from the site in the last 2 years though because I didn't have much time for it...

Now I've returned and my main pet as lost its name! It is now called by its specie and a 6 digit number. I sure don't know what created this, and I don't have 700 CSC to rename it! Anybody knows a way I could give back its name to my pet?

If you're inactive for over a year, your username and pet names become available for other users to take. If someone took your pet's name you should have a free name change available for them.

You should be able to rename that pet for free. File a ticket if it doesn't work.

Other users can take pet names from users who have been inactive for at least a full year.

I believe you should be able to change your pet's name for free. If you don't sign in to Subeta for a year your pets names and your username are available for other people to take.

How can I rename the pet? On its profile?

What I'm confused about is that pet names that lose their name aren't formatted like that. Instead of Celinox762136 it would be more like Celinox_7621 and certainly wouldn't change its former name to a specie name...

You can change it via the dropdown next to that pet on your Pets page

I know awhile back they discontinued use of special characters in pet names, maybe it was something like that or an offensive name? I don't know, I think special character pets got free name changes too. If nothing else can file a ticket and find out what happened to it.

Should I fill a ticket then? I've never had to do this before :P

Thanks I can reassure you, it wasn't an offensive name ^^ Via the dropdown, it tells me it's gonna cost 500 CSC... so I guess my choice is the ticket then

If it gives you a free name change, I wouldn't worry about it. If not, then yeah you would need to file a ticket anyway.

I don't know if they were formatted like that when Subeta switched over to this system, so who knows. Been too many years for my memory.
