I understand you can transform any experiment from: but those are quite expensive; I want to see if there are other options first.

Will the loyalty box change a pet into an experiment? Is it worth paying the zapper to randomly turn it until I get desired results?

The Totem from the LB only can color a Pet and since Experiments aren't a color but a species the LB can't help here.

Besides zapping you could try your luck with the Experimental Dew, it's random too though.

Do you know anything about name swapping? I'm not sure how that works or how much it costs, but aren't we able to swap names of certain pets/species now?

Yes we can, you can find that feature on top of the pets.php page under "Name Exchange". It costs 750csc, you choose the two Pets whose names you want to swap from a list and that's it basically. :)

When zapping my pet Parma, I personally opted for the Zapper with tokens. I had a lot of tokens to spend and I was interested in seeing how the zapping would go! I kept a spreadsheet of all of the zaps and I got a zap I liked after 22 zaps. I wasn't really going for any particular zap though. It really depends on your luck but I think the Zapper is a good way to go.

I hadn't realized one could use tokens at the zapper. I actually just spent the 1k csc on the miracle potion, unfortunately. But I'll consider that next time.

No problem - the Miracle Potion is a much faster way to attain whatever you'd like, so it's an excellent method for achieving your dreamie!

But yeah, note to anyone going for it, that's probably the most reasonable way without the miracle potion.

Could you let me know about how many times you have to zap it in order to get yours? I will probably be doing that for another experiment eventually.
