i would like to know if there are a lot of other players who have 12/24 hours + delays when purchasing CSC via Paypal (no eCheck issue, balance on hand or credit card)?

so far this is my 2nd purchase and it's heading that way again :(

if it's going to be that way each time, doesn't mean i won't purchase anymore, but i'd rather just know, so that i stop worrying

but there is also the fact that i would have to open a ticket each time and wait for response, that's the part that bugs me! since the rules say we have to wait 24 hours before opening it, etc. it makes the process lenghty... are these CSC purchases handled manually on Subeta end perhaps?

I usually only experience a five minute delay. Do you use USD or something else to pay with?

while it is true that I am from Canada, Paypal does the conversion automatically on their end before the transaction even reaches Subeta, taking right rate on my credit card instantly... so it shouldn't have any effect! (?) it never did for any other site anyways in a decade, like secondlife, etsy, ebay, etc. :/

if it is the case and that's the issue, maybe there is a way? if so i'd like to know!

It's possible, but I can't tell you 100% that's the reason. My advice would be to open up a ticket and ask the UAs, they'd probably have more insight than regular users or be able to look into it.

i will have to anyways since i am not getting my CSC, but last time i also had a ticket and i mean, i got what i purchased but i was not given any insight on the issue! this time i will ask more precisely and clearly!

basically tho, i just would like to know if anyone else experiences the same thing, so this way we can compare and perhaps find the gap!

Lots of people in other countries (non-US, that is) tend to have trouble with Paypal it seems :c Some people have said they need to file a ticket every time to get their CSC, I don't know why it happens but it's not just you :c

I've been using Paypal for years now- my csc shows up immediately and the event comes through a minute or two later. Times when it doesn't usually means there's a problem, so the others are probably right that it could be a result of you being from Canada if you've gotten this both times you've used it.

I just recently had a delay and was kinda freaking out lol was about 5 mins.

i know right?! imagine, not getting it for over 24 hours, and on top of that having to open a ticket, and wait for them to reply, etc. etc. like i know it's just a few bucks, but this is making me bonkers! bites nails and breathes heavily i want it, i want it NOWWWWW heeehee

I always have a 24 hour+ delay with paypal and I end up having to file a ticket to get my CSC. I live in the US too, so I don't know what's up with that. Because of that though, I use Stripe.

Staff told me it had something to do with emails. I do not understand why, and was not given an explanation, but I was told it's a known ongoing issue and the only way around it is to avoid Paypal. But hey were also kind enough to remove the 24 hours waiting period should I decide to continue with PP.

But! I decided to suscribe quarterly instead and so I used my card directly on here, and... it worked instantly!!

Is your PayPal account verified? I am from Mexico and always and every time that I've bought CSC, I've had to fill a ticket about it because the purchase never goes throught on its own. The only logic probable reasons I've figured out are these: -that my paypal account is not verified and even if the money is charged, the account still needs verification (But I need to go to the bank and do some stuffs that I am lazy to do and not planning to do any soon.) -My card is a debit card, not credit.

I am more into the first reason than the second but might be your situation?

no, my account is both Premier and Verified for years as i sell things sometimes too... also, i pay with current balance or credit card, so it's not their either on my end :(

i really hope they figure it out sometimes! but for the moment, i have tried another payment method and it worked within seconds, so no more PP for me while in Subeta... but will continue to use it other places as i feel it's the easiest and safest!

Oh, wow!! Well, your case really sounds like there shouldn't be any problem. Good you have other ways to pay, to be honest, only thing I trust is PP ^-^
