I'd end up zombie food. Do I believe that zombies could actually exist? Nah, not the rotten dead kind anyway. Can some parasite come along that attacks the human brain and makes them crazy? Possible.

Bugs seem to get mind controling parasites a lot.

I think it's possible, sure. Probably not like your typical horror film portrays it, but I would think some virus could mutate to make people go nutters or maybe like Oliver said, a mind-controlling bug is possible. Rabies actually has the possibility of mutation (and it would actually only take a slight mutation) to turn into something that would turn people into a sort-of-zombie, as far as the stumbling, mindlessness, and craving of flesh goes. As far as plans for what to do if it happens, I do know where there are places that people wouldn't think of to go to get food/weapons/supplies, so I'll hit those up. Other than that, I will probably board up the house to keep it safer from looters and I'd like to train in self-defense too (good for even non-apocalyptic situations).
