I don't even care if no one reads this. My Luna came home!!!!!!!!!! shes been missing for over a month she was my first cat and my first pet in general, I went hungry for months to get her neutered and vaccinated. I was so heart broken when she went missing I cried for almost a week when she didn't come in, I thought she had found a new home because she didn't get on with my partner and I felt so stink cause I had been trying for over a year to get them on good terms. Its been a month and a half roughly and after thinking I found her a few times at our local SPCA I was beginning to give up hope and thought I would never see her again but tonight I heard a meowing that wasn't one of my other cats and at first I was confused till my mother opened the door and she walked in I am so happy, my kitty is back home. She is so skinny and hungry I am surprised she didn't get blown away by a gust of wind. But shes back home again and she'll never go hungry again. Yay, just yay I can't believe how lucky we both are that she came back home its so hard not giving her heaps of food but after some jelly meat and a few biscuits shes so full she feels like shes gonna pop, my poor hungry kitty. Gosh I am so lucky and blessed that she came home

This post makes me so happy. I can't even think about how I would be if one of my precious babies went missing. I would probably just drop out of life until they came back. Do you have microchips in your kitties? That way, if one goes missing again (God forbid), any shelter/vet that picks them up can scan them and find out where they belong. Or they should at least have collars if you must let them outside. I'm a big proponent of keeping cats indoors though. Too much can happen to them when they're let outside.

my cat did have a collar on, shes not microchiped though, I don't see the point because its hella expensive and shes not just getting lost shes being stolen and shut away somewhere by what I assume is some form of mad kidnapping cat lady, who wouldnt care about a microchip. Shes always had a collar on and shes always well fed and wormed and flea'd shes very obviously a well loved pet but whoever is taking her and my other cats doesn't really care. Shes gonna be an inside cat now cause I cant risk loosing her again, I think the fact that she is half Russian Blue doesn't help much either

Oh Lord, I hear you about the Russian Blue. I have a cat who's half Russian Blue too. She's all grey and pretty and such a sweetheart, everyone loves her and wants to take her home.
