My card is full and has been for about a week now, and i went and continued to purchase CSC, when a new card comes out for me to fill up will I have to start all over? Or will the csc i bought when this card was full go on to the new one?

No, unfortunately the CSC bought doesn't carry over. You'll need to start over with the new card

To be honest, I dont think they should have the "Check your royalty card" after you purchase the CSC. Because to me that makes me think it will be carried over...
