you can go to the Beta Wardrobe and choose None for your Skin. If you don't want to keep the skin at all and it's from 2013 or before, there are specific cures and a general cure.

I tried that, but it didn't work...it's not a zombie strain, but an infection from drinking a vial :/

vial infections have no cure at all. You heal with time.
