Sidebar is being moody

So, I'm new. And I did something I didn't know I shouldn't have. I tried to add the Facebook widget to my sidebar and I can't get it to go away (I googled this, a help thread from this site came up, and now I know why I shouldn't have done it). Another possibly related issue is that where I could organize my widgets before, I can't do it now. Going to another page or refreshing puts it back to the way it was before I reorganized them. I thought that maybe it was because I had the site open in two tabs, but even with just one, the order won't save.

The sidebar is on a cache, so I wonder if the order isn't sticking because the site hasn't had a chance to update it. I would suggest making a chance and then waiting 5-10 mins to see if it finally caches up.
I tried hitting the x (I assume it's the one in this picture that doesn't have a description next to it), but it doesn't do anything.
The Facebook widget can't be removed by the X button. You have to edit the URL for removing widgets to match the glitched Facebook one. Then it can be removed.
