So somehow I came across and now own a Ivory Tea Rose Necklace but I can't find a price for it anywhere...

There's a forum for asking for item prices. Subetalodge's prices are sometimes wildly inaccurate

it's quite likely that this item is rather rare and the reasonably priced ones have been snapped up by Saggitarius questers because he's the Weekend Special Quest. I had two pages of Elixirs in my shop and most of them are gone now.

I'd trust Subetalodge on this one as to what it will eventually be back selling at. But right now, I'm betting it's unbuyable and if you need it right now this instant you will have to pay a lot for it.
