I recently bought a 6 month gold membership EXPRESSLY for the purpose of auto-pricing my shop daily. However, it is not working for me, I haven't had more than two or three small items sell out of my almost 2,000 item shop sell on "lowest price" pricing. I reached out and made a ticket and was met with "auto-pricing is working properly, we can't help you". I then asked for a refund, stating the only reason I even bothered with a gold account was ONLY for auto-pricing purposes, and was met with "auto-pricing is working correctly, all sales are final". There was no offer to look more deeply into this. I have been a member for 3 years actually! Just got my second loyalty box today, so I know my way around auto-pricing and have done it plenty in the past. As any member knows, when you auto-price, items immediately start to sell at a somewhat elevated pace for a while and then sell pretty evenly and a little more slowly and sparsely throughout the day until the next autoprice. However, that has not been my experience at all as of late, I'm even more broke than I was before I bought the Gold Account and I'm really considering no longer supporting subeta as a result of my crappy customer service experience. Anyone else having similar experiences with autopricing?

are you sure that you're completing ALL steps of autopricing? They changed the mechanism awhile ago and there are several steps now, so if you haven't used it in awhile, I would suggest you read each page carefully and make sure you complete each step. I autoprice regularly and always have sales. That's the only reason I could think that it wouldn't work for you, is that it's not being completed :)

ACTUALLY SCRATCH THAT you're autopricing a gallery. You need to change it over to a shop before the autopricer will work. You can do that in 'edit shop.' :D

Basically I click on the shop I want to autoprice, click load items and wait for them to load, click autoprice (the normal one), wait for it to do its thing, then press whatever button it is with the blue loading bar. I think I'm doing it correctly! :/

Most of the items you are selling do not sell easily because they don't get asked in quests, so they aren't ets.

we're not in a period where random items just fly off the shelves.

I'm a little confused... You say your shop has 2000 items in it... but I only see 25?

LOL don't apologize to them. They should've looked into it and told you that you were trying to autoprice a gallery.

yeah, especially since they said they "double checked". Ergh. Oh well, at least it's resolved now and I can get back to actually making a sale every once in a while!

Thank you all for your help. :x
