I want to delete a whole category in my wishlist, remove everything from the wishlist as well, but there's about 500 things in there. If I delete the category will everything in there be removed from my wishlist or just moved into the unsorted category?

It'll just be moved to the unsorted category. There's no check all button anymore so you'll have to go through and - Wishlist or check off all the items unfortunately
