Hey, guys! I'm sorry if I'm outdated or something like that, but today I was doing Saggi's quests and I went to buy something from a NPC Shop using the Search Shops tool. I was surprised when the item was bought without any ask for haggle, so I bought it for the price it was announced. Is this a new feature or am I just very unlucky?

I've not been buying things for some time, so I'm unsure of what to think...

It was changed months ago. You can only haggle on really rare items, everything else you just buy straight up.

Sometimes when buying from NPC shops you can get a discount for a period of time which allows you to buy the NPC items at a cheaper price than it says.
