It says it increased interest, but my interest number hasn't changed at all, nor has a buff been added. Is this an old item that just doesn't work anymore?

it only works when your interest rate is at 1 or 2%, 3% is the max the site gives for now.

Bummer. I swear I've hit 4% at times, but maybe it's changed since then.

I do wish it could have told me that before I used the item. Oh well.

we could get 4% but that was for a couple of months when they introduced morty cards like a year or so ago.
