I adopted a pet just to switch names with the intention of putting the one with the bad name back in the adoption center. It says your account has to be at least one month old. My dashboard says that my account is one month and one day old, yet when I try to abandon it, it says my account has to be at least one month old. I'm confused. :/

I believe your account has to be exactly 31 days old. So some months will be less than that, especially February. So you'll have to hold on to the pet for a day (or two) longer.
