I'm in need of an artist to shade a drawing I've made and colored. Its for a custom overlay of my pet Hairless.

This is the artwork in question.

I'm looking for cell shading, sorta in a style like subeta's.

Please post examples of shaded works and price estimates? ;u;

Note: I do request that I'm able to get a working PSD back in case I want to shift some colors around or add a couple extra details. I will also be providing a working PSD to be used.
