My pet Glasgow Smile is a barman/musician at a cocktail bar but, unfortunately, I don't know that much about alcohol, bars and drinking. His TC has a load of drinks in it but I'm sure I'm still missing some. What are some really classic, popular cocktails - ones that every bar would serve and every barman would know how to make? The ones that leap into mind when you hear the word 'cocktail'? I have loads and loads of Lounge Trinkets, so money's no object in that regard.

These are also pretty safe bets because they're very simple, but they've had their names changed for Subeta since the drinks they're modeled after are a Blowjob, Tequila Sunrise and the last two are both Sex On the Beach:
