Is there a place that lists what you can get from there? I've just been playing around and I've got 4 items so far.

Also how do I understand.... right now they just seems like the numbers are random.

Here is a list of everything you can get from there (if you click on the item it should also tell you what ingredients it takes, note that some items have the same ingredients so it's random what you'll get).

Also I don't think the points actually affect anything. I don't know how they're determined, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't do anything (yet? I've never heard anything about a purpose being added for them either tbh)
