Hey guys, I've been away for a little while. I returned to Subeta today and remembered I can get a loyalty box since my account is almost 5 years old. I went to the achievement page and saw I have the achievement, but I have not received a Loyalty box in my inventory. Is there a certain page I need to go to to retrieve it or do I need to send in a ticket?

You should get both the box and the achievement from the User Dashboard, if you don't get the box you need to file a ticket as it's been acting up lately.
