I have looked through FAQs and can't seem to find any info on this. Please forgive me if I ask a question that's already been asked. Is there a delayed update time for HAs and profiles? Sometimes I will update my HA or my friend will update and it'll take 15-20 minutes to see the change.

Most noticeably, I have edited my profile coding a few times several hours ago (around 4pm Subeta time) and the changes still aren't showing up. The coding is there on the edit page, but I am still seeing the plain jane default profile when I look at my lookup. Is it normal to wait several hours or is there something I am doing wrong?

I don't know regarding the coding, but yes there is sometimes a cache delay with the HAs.

It just takes time for the cache to be updated.

Well, I have updated all of my pet descriptions and they showed up instantly.. but six hours after I initially edited it, my profile is still not changing. Perhaps I need to submit a ticket?

Profiles have always updated for me instantly. You might need to add the "Profile" section into your profile by going into your profile, click edit your profile, and add content.
