I was just commissioning a Tattoo for my HA and noticed The Tattoo Parlor is closed?! o.o

Does this mean we can only get Custom Tattoos as Custom Wearables now?

It was broken and shut down months ago. I don't know if/when it's supposed to be back, unfortunately :c

Well, if you have the art set up, you can always take it the extra step and start the CW process of getting permission from the artist to make it into a CW and start taking slots for interested parties. c:

You hardly ever have to front the entire cost of a CW all by yourself unless you absolutely want to.
