Hey there! I’m Shyshy and I’m looking to start a small group roleplay about a bunch of intrepid adventures looking to start their own guild. It’s going to be a medieval fantasy world of my own creation, and revolve around the group’s adventures and attempts to raise enough money and reputation to become a respectable guild and establish a house in the capital.

A few quests I already have planned involve rescuing a magical sheep, stealing from talking spiders, and finding the fountain of vague prophecies, if that information is of interest to anyone. Further down the road I’d also be happy to let others build and guide quests. :3

I’d like between two and five other people to join in at the start and perhaps add more later as the story, and hopefully the guild, grows. Any kind of character is welcome, but for reference the major kingdoms in this world are ruled by: A Human Monarchy, A Demon Monarchy, An Angelic Parliament, The Dragon Clutches, The Nedesdan (beast-people) Merchants Guild, The High Orc Tribes, The Magister College , The Elvehn Priesthood (dark and light), and A Mountaineer (giant) Warlord

Characters can come from any walk of life and any race, even ones not mentioned up there! Wanna play a gnome or a troll? Go right on ahead! Wanna be a street urchin hoping to make their way, or maybe a noble looking for some honest adventure? You can! If you can make it believable it’s all roses~

That being said there are some rules: 1.No GM/God-Mod/All powerful characters. We will face challenges and they cannot, in most circumstances, by magicked away with the flick of your wrist. Know your characters limits and if you’re unsure ask me or any of our other companions.

2.No PP/Power-Playing. Please do not assume control of another player’s character, it’s rude and usually confusing. In some instances it’s okay “Bob pulled Lucy out of the way” is not the best way to go about these things but it’s acceptable as long as it doesn't happen often.

3.PG 13. This is both because of Subeta’s policy and because it should keep everyone comfortable and happy. No extreme gore, no excessive expletives, and a nice fade out if any romance scenes take a turn, please~

And three notes: 1.A note on writing. My posts will usually be between one and five paragraphs, not counting npc stuff and quest building. I’d like to see at least a paragraph out of everyone that helps build the scene, gives some character insight, or otherwise helps the story along. A good grasp of grammar and spelling is always appreciated too, but at the same time I’m not gonna banish anybody because they couldn't write a novel. All I’m looking for is a good effort and a fun post. =3

2.A note on NPC’s. There’s gonna be a few NPC’s that we’ll encounter often, shop keeps in the town, the tavern owner, clients for quests, maybe even that random beggar lady on the street. Everyone is free to play these characters as needed~ If the NPC has a solid appearance please try to stick to it, it’d be kind of weird to witness a person wildly oscillating between faces and hair styles and skin tones after all, but mostly when I introduce them I’ll try to keep them generic and encourage you all to do the same.

3.A note on inactivity. If you’re going to be gone for a while please let us know. If you happen to need to take a leave during a quest where everyone is out and about we will craft an exit post in which your character is injured and so returned to HQ for recuperation and you can jump back in when you return~ If you just fall off the face of the earth we’ll do the same, and if you, sadly, decide to leave permanently we will see your character off either into death and a short memorial or back to their homeland for whatever reason. Whichever tickles out fancy that day.

That’s all I’ve got for the moment. Please let me know if you’re interested! Any questions about the world or my characters? Ask away! And, just to make sure everybody read at least some of this and to help me out, would you mind giving me a guild name suggestion? I like the Tea Stoned Guild personally because it sounds cute but I’d like group input. Maybe we can have a vote later?

Hey , I'm just Shy, and I might be interested, depending on how many folks you get. I have a few characters that might work -- a pair of mercenaries, two different sword-and-sorcery characters, a nekomimi thief, an elven bard or fire mage (she can be either), a clever vagabond with a tiny faeling companion, and an assortment of others.

As for names, Tea Stone might work. I don't have any good suggestions.

The way some people spell makes me wonder about their pronunciation. My CW shop, and my ping group

Hello ~ Jack here and interested in what is unfolding. One band of intrepid adventurers looking for fame and fortune? Gold and glory? (Did you get that title from [that] book series by the way?) I have a few ideas for characters and I can fit them around the other characters for diversities-sake. As for naming ideas ... Gold Tea? Less ideas there unfortunately.

Just a few questions through. Would this stay as a light-hearted story and are the majority of "quests" to be the light, dare-I-say-it, "cute" type?
