Updates/items for older aspects (ie:ikumor,Euclid)

I've got to say, I'm loving how the month has been starting off by giving the spotlight to a previous aspect of the site that had been overlooked for a while.
Such as we started off Feburary with a bunch of zapper, Euclid love by putting out more items in honor of experiment pets and a revamp of Euclid and his beloved zapper. (I am also glad to see the previous owner of the other zapper came out unharmed and hope he enjoys his retirement with his beloved swampies, hee~)
Now we've started off March with some homages to the Ikumoradeekanox tree, which I am glad for.
While it's important to keep things fresh by coming up with new creative content, I think it's just as important to make sure what already exists doesn't fade into obscurity. (Of course, not to say ignore upkeeping the site of bugs and errors, especially with Masquerade swiftly approaching, but I haven't hit any major issues except for 1 as of late, so I am content and mostly excited about the new items and events ahead of us.)
While I'm not sure if this will continue as a trend, but I would personally welcome seeing more updates/revamps or at least new items in honor of the places or npcs of subeta.
Bringing the spotlight back on older aspects of the site is AMAZING I LOVE IT GOOD JOB SUBETA.I adore it and am super duper glad it's happening and in such wonderful ways!
I'm looking forward to an NPC themed month too. And there are plans!

We decided that this year, each month would be themed around some aspect of Subeta. January was minions, so we had new minions released and items (like clothes, foods, etc) based off some favorite minions (the minion zoo was supposed to come out in january whoops). February we had experiment items added all around site (hustler, book nook, zapper-based minions, etc). This month you can expect some new fruits as well as items all around (we've already got the themed items in the forum shop). :)
I put a thing out on twitter/facebook looking for what you guys would like to see for future months (which has already linked to)! We have some ideas for months, but it'll be nice to hear what you guys want too.

Maybe a month for Omen Islands or Port Plunder? A mix of pirate and tropical themes and items (parrots, face paint, native greenery, Merana and her hydrus pets...)
Or maybe for already somewhat prominent NPCs such as Maleria or Shinwa, with their rivalry as fallen gods. :D Similar to the cursed theme of Nori and Mori, I suppose.
SAI could use a bit of a revamp, though I'm glad that they have popped up every now and again in plots (such as the Survival one with Fantine). But, like, secret agency! So many awesome themed items could come out of that! I'd love to see more about it, especially with Darkheart Phantom or the rumors of Mathis being an ex-explosives expert. Heck, you could even have a new opponent around one of it's ex-agents! A
(but personally i'd love to see something for ian especially after euclid's spotlight in Feb because mad scientists rivals, hee hee, but then again, he did play a large part in the Peril in the Patch plot and he's still coming out with new fusion items)
Someone on twitter suggested a 'villains' month which was cool. BLACKMOON WOULD JUST COME IN AND STEAL THE SHOW.
Omen Islands/tropical has also been suggested! It does have a lot of possibilities, since we could bring back some islander things (and try not to get anyone killed lalalalala).
(i actually love drama rubs hands together, cackles a bit wouldn't mind a death-) I mean what? Shhh. I think it'd be great to bring back some islander things outside of the old rs war plot.

I'd adore an NPC month. Like, a lot. A lot a lot.
I'd love to know more about SAI but I feel like that'd be its own thing rather than a month-special. But seriously help us out with that? XD
Maybe subeta as a whole? Like the entire planet or the map or w/e? (maybe get some neato thing related to the pretty mermaid at the bottom of the map? Y/Y?? )

Omen Island could definitely use some loving, specifically the Islanders portion. We have the port for the Pirates but we never see the islanders anymore. I mean, I suppose we could still be collectively mad at them about Amy.
Villains month, we NEVER hear much about Blackmoon. Merana and Maleria get more attention but only because they both have quests. I don't think we've had a serious mention of Blackmoon since I've joined... which is 6 years? I'm not entirely sure but I don't remember anything.
Carnival month would be cool, to see the carnival get some loving. It doesn't even have a map.
The Excavation Site hasn't had anything really happen there for a long time. Maybe you could make a way for people who weren't around for the Saheric plot to get a Bhakoru.
A month for the Blue Building might be nice. ^_^ I feel like back in the day it was very mysterious and a much bigger thing than it is now. People have kind of a 'meh' attitude about it now.
I think if we did a villains thing, it’d overlap with the general NPC themed month. We could always tie it into that one month though! (npc month is the only one i’m giving you guys YOU’LL HAVE TO BE SURPRISED ON TEH OTHERS SRY) (oh also the guy who ran the other zapper that ‘ran off to live with the swampies’ already made a reappearance! Who do you think was doing that quick zombie strain thing for the VIP program? ;)
Yeah, SAI should maybe participate in a plot and then get a themed month or something. Like we need something to jump off on and it’s always best to JUST THROW THEM IN THE DEEP END OF A PLOT???
I’m surprised you guys haven’t tried to guess them yet. ;) I’m sure we’ll drop hints to them this year tho. THE CARNIVAL WILL GET LOVE VIA ITEMS FROM THEMES. (Like I’m sure we’ll get some cool items from this month or next that we can have as prizes at the games)
Mike and I are still working on the revamp for that! We are going to change quite a few things about it and might just have a blue building day rather than a whole month revolving around it. We want themes that we can do items based off the general theme throughout Subeta. Like with the Experiment month, yeah we revamped the NPC who runs the zapper and fixed the zapper but we also had items show up all over and got new pets.
I don't have a twitter so I'll post here, I would LOVE to have a month of Omen Island themed things 8D Just think about all the pretty tropical items.

yes there are lesbian npcs and asexual and some that are married (hey pirates)
Well, I know on the twitter it's been mentioned Nico is asexual (which Liz is too, according to the SB when she's posted in there). We've made references in the news posts to Angrybeard/Babette marriage. The lesbian NPCs ... I don't want to spoil it because i'm sure we'll find a cute way to show it when the time comes BUT YEAH.
The married ones I'm not surprised at but wowza!!!! Sometimes I really miss out cus I don't have a twitter! or a facebook or pretty much anything else??
