(I'll talk to my doctor whenever I can schedule an apointment)

Has anyone woke up in the middle of the night (for me, always between 12 am - 1 am) and just felt nauseous and had stomach cramps? To the point where you can hear your stomach growling, moving around and get some severa cramping? It happens randomly every 2 months (so semi-frequent). I need to throw up the food that didn't end up digested??? to feel somewhat better and fall back sleep.

The last time was spaghetti with meatballs - no one sick but me This night, I ate chicken nuggets with rice and peas - no one sick but me.

There is nothing in common with them, suggesting an allergy. So I'm really confused?

well the last two meals that you've mentioned are delicious and sorta heavy meals, I would advice that try eating less (like salad or non-'meal' meals) before going to sleep since looks like something's wrong with your digestion... or maybe a different kind of ulcer.

I hope you can check your problem with a doctor soon. ^^

The portion is small and I've eaten those stuff all my life .. ? But yeah, a visit is a good idea.

i have the same issue!! it only happens if i eat a big meal and sleep within 1-2 hours afterwards. i read somewhere on the internet that it's a result of the food sitting undigested in your belly, which apparently causes issues? although since you said the meals were small portions and they're not things you haven't eaten before, it might be a sign of an underlying problem!! i definitely encourage going to see a doctor abt it : )

good luck!!!
