I have more knowledge of these than any decent human being should. BUT since this is the thread to share it...

Phantasm is a pretty decent one. There's a really kooky scene that involves a black, fuzzy, flying creature that dies by getting stuck in a garbage disposal. But, of course, the real show is stolen by Angus Scrimm. No, that is not a character name. That is the real name of the actor who plays a grave robber character simply named The Tall Man. It's a fun film and something of a cult movie, and to this day, Angus Scrimm can be seen at conventions just roaming about eerily like he did in the film as a kind of Easter egg to hardcore cult fans.

1985 film Re-Animator was a weird one, too. Then again, a movie based off the Lovecraftian version of Frankenstein is bound to get weird. There is a scene where a decapitated, reanimated (because, y'know, Re-Animator) does... naughty things to a girl he tied up on a table. It's all kinds of funky, but was an enjoyable film nonetheless. Not sure if Lovecraft would be proud of it, but hey, it made a movie!

Finally, probably my favorite out of the bunch: The Lair of the White Worm. A cult film with a younger Hugh Grant? Yeah, he was in this before he was famous. It's loosely based off a novel by Bram Stoker of the same name... which wasn't really his best tale (there's a reason he's better known for Dracula). However, I enjoyed the storyline of the film for what it was. Basically, a woman who worships an old snake god is trying to bring him back to eat young virgins and take over the world, or something of the like. I did enjoy the film, though, and it had a very catchy tune that's worth listening to.

Bonus mention: These clips from Night of the Lepus. Because giant murderous bunnies, that's why. El Ahrairah would be proud.
