My Baker's Kiss skin never appeared in my wardrobe. It is grayed out like I never got it. I obtained it through the original plot line in 2012. Does it not transfer over or is something wrong. If something is wrong what can I do or who should I talk to about getting it fixed? Or is it unable to be fixed?

Did you keep the skin until recently when the beta wardrobe was updated to allow the changing of skins? It's not retroactive, so if you cured before then you don't get to keep it now. If you did have it while the skin closet was in place and it suddenly vanished then filing a ticket is your best bet at getting that resolved.

Unfortunately, claiming skins isn't retroactive. You'll have to catch it again.

(edit) Sniped by a better answer. XD

Okay thank you both for your help :) I got rid of it before the skins were able to be changed so I just have to get it again. Thanks again!

What do I do with the topic now that the problem has been resolved?

you can edit your title, or if you really wanna make sure nobody else responds, you can ask the MiniMods to lock it for you. The MiniMod(s) for any particular forum is written at the top in tiny font. Some forums don't have any, and you will have to file a Ticket in Help.

Okay thank you, I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have to do something special.

You are welcome. No, you are not obligated to to anything.

When I was new here eight years ago, a question would sometimes go a day without an answer, and I found it useful to leave my help threads open for weeks because sometimes somebody would wander on by and have a new or different idea.

Most of us who hang out here in Help & Questions don't look past the first page, so if your topic drifts onto page two it's likely it will only get resurrected if somebody else new wants to know something related. After three months it's against the rules to bump a thread, so it'll be effectively closed with no action on anyone's part.
