Drew Carey is a pretty great statted pet in the pound. And also ghost is also pretty good too.

What is "high tier" to you? You might want to define that, it'll help. Not highly likely to get one, but at least people would know what you're after. Also there's a 30 day wait to actually battle with a pet given to you.

But also many people asking for battling pets have found it better to just adopt a pet with a jump on stats and train it up VS finding one for adoption in the forum. And also the fact most want to battle right away is a factor in just simply adopting from the pound and statting up. I myself have found a few t3's and one t4 in the pound. T3's are more common though.
