This is a completely new team, and nothing has been decided yet. I think it would be best if we all gave a little bio to introduce ourselves (and our characters if developed).

I'm Jess, a 38-year-old married Nebraskan. I work as a temp in an accounting firm, so life is about to get very hectic. I am not up to taking on captain duties (nor do I know what that even entails). This is my first WS adventure. I am an aspiring opera diva. I am a Subeta convert. It's much nicer here. I am trying to come to terms with closing my 9 year account on Neopets. I am not terribly fluid with biographical information. XD I am a decent writer, but have very little RP experience. I may need to take a background seat for the first bit if we have more experienced players in our team. Once I learn the ropes, I'm up for a leadership position that doesn't require hours of daily attention. Anything else you'd like to know about me, please post or smail me. as for who is in charge, usually one member is picked as a team captian, her/his role is to convey the team's collective efforts to Greenrowan during the event so we don't end up spamming her

Requriements for the captain :-

• good net connection
• on-line frequently
• listens to everyone.

also a second in charge is picked. because we are human the captain might get busy with RL and miss parts of the event, in that case correspondence with green is maintained via the 2nd in charge.

INTRO!

I'm Hamda, that is actually my real name ^^ I attended the first WS event and found it fun, time consuming sometimes but fun. there is a little bit there for everyone so if there is something you are personally not good at (like complex math problems) don't worry your team will cover you, if you are good at something like writing for example then it's your time to shine.

my strong bits are puzzles and numbers. my weaknesses is word play, English is my second language... well third actually so I tend to be literal at times and not understand some cultural references and phrases.

if someone would like to step forward as team captian now it would great, personally I prefer working in the shadows hides like a cartoon ninja

my fav. colours are white, blue and sometimes purple. also depending on the name we pick I am willing to make us a little chibi mascot ^.^

I retract my previous statement and will take on captain duties if you all want me to. Forgot that the event doesn't start until summer, and I should have more free time at that point. If someone more seasoned would prefer to be captain, that's fine too. Whatever is best for the team.

Lol I like the purple one XD HI! All right intro time: I'm a part time hermit, mom, clerk and trained bonafied archaeologist (no lie). I also like to use power tools, carve, sculpt, doodle, embroider, and just about anything else I can think of when I think of it. Not good at any of them but that is ok.

I'm often forgetful and tend to be a bit silly around new people, please bare with me, I promise I am not nearly as insane as I come across. Most of the time. shifty eyes

I'm an old time role player, cut my teeth in the IRC channels and while my ability to turn a phrase might not be everyone's ideal, I was ok at it I think. I too played during the first WS event.

I'll be a captain or second if no one else wants it, but I am REALLY hoping someone else wants it. You want the power jedi mind trick This is the power you are searching for.

I really like purple. And kitties. And flowers. But not at the same time because that is weird. Well, purple flowers are good, but you know what I mean.

I'm good with puzzles (but not as fast as Hamda!) and word play, I suck at math but if I take my time I can generally get there. I have a near inability to take anything seriously and will try to toss in bad jokes whenever things get stoic or tense.

Suggestions: With the new private board things, we could make one of those can't we? And a ping group or whatever to go along with it once we get our name down :)

As for names, of the suggested thus far, I like: Pretty in Purple (again, purple fixation) and I sort of liked parts of others- I love the word Pyrite and the word Theives too. Old Pyrite Pirates, or Pyrite Force Five... Pyrite Plunder muahahah. Stuck on that word. I will generally go with the consensus on names since I am not great at naming things and I really don't much care what we're called, so long as we're not late for dinner :D

My character: I will probably bring a scruffy fellow, late 30s or early 40s, affable but careless, tinkerer sort. Though it might be fun to play a stoic, honorable, uptight warrior for a change too, depends on what roles everyone else wants, I generally just take whatever is left over. Thus far, all I know is it will be a he and he will have a raggedy cat along.

Hello, I'm Jennifer, and any variation of that or just Ire will do. Nice to meet everyone!

I'm a twenty year-old college student. Like JessV, this is my first WS adventure... as such, I can't gauge my strengths just yet, but I'll try my best regardless. I've RP'd only once or twice 3-4 years back (and not very much), so I'm looking forward to WS3 since this is the perfect opportunity :)

Nice to meet you both ^.^ We're way away but since you guys are new to the thing, I suggest you think about what character you want to present. It can be anything- from fantasy to sci fi to normal, male female or other, human or not human as you please. Eventually we'll pick roles: Wizard, alchemist, warrior, that sort of thing so if you start with what you feel like you want to do that sometimes helps in creation:) and I am serious, Jess, if you want it, it is allll yours lol. You gotta basically get things organized and be able to present GR the segments in time, keep us on track sort of thing. If you're good at organizing people and getting them to keep a deadline I for one am more than willing to drop it right in your lap. You made the board after all ^.^

I do have a character in mind, actually! ..That is, if I'm allowed to base it off of one of my Skyrim characters. She's a twenty-something magic-based human that served as a companion to the thief I played. Isn't much for words (though she's not the completely silent type - she just doesn't initiate conversation unless necessary). I could definitely change her to fit to the team if it's required!

As for the name, I like both Honor Among Thieves and Midnight Dancer :)
