Sorry if this was answered before, first time on the forums. But I was curious if there's a certain amount of time one has to wait until their zombie skin is unlocked in the wardrobe. My zombie strain is fully progressed and has been for a day or two now but when I check the skin tab in the beta wardrobe its telling me I still don't have it unlocked.

You got the event notification that said you're done and go to the wardrobe if you want?

If yes, did... you click where it says to click to claim your skin?

No, I never got that notification. To double check I just went to the wardrobe and clicked to claim it and it told me I had nothing to claim yet and it seems as though my zombie skin disappeared altogether now even though it tells me I am still infected and it had showed me it was fully progressed earlier.

that happened to me earlier in the event. Destiny ended up having to file a ticket for me to have the skin awarded. She said if anyone else has this problem to go ahead and file a ticket original bug thread here for the offical response.

I'd let them know what strain you have and any other details you have when you file the ticket.
