So the idea is to have a buyable item (megabucks MC item) which in the armory would act like a vessel that could be imbued with the powers of a user selected pre-sandreaver t11 godlie. This new weapon(s) will only possess the godlie abilities in the armory and will lose them permanently when removed from the armory. The DIYG unlike actual godlies would scale from t11 based on every 500-1000 defence and have only two mod slots. Starting at t11 it would scale the way BTOTBO scales from t8 to t12 in terms of attack (for a bit of fun the attack could function like MW's) with heal like that of Pbow with defense scaling from 55x to 85x . n DIYG has two or maybe three components/parts : a starter vessel that would cost 75-150 mil SP , the god mod for 750-1250 k experience points and perhaps a third battle tokens based component where users could purchase upto two additional mod slots for 500 vh tokens each. Both god mod and mod slots are permanently lost upon DIYGs removal from the armory. n Vessel (75-150 mil sp) 'god mod' (750-1250 k xp ) = replica of a godlie .

Sorry but this is a really bad idea. Weapons are already too overpowered and this would mean people could just buy one god weapon for every opponent and switch mods, rather than having to actually figure out a suitable set.

If it's gonna cost 75m it might as well be a free gift

I'd rather see less powerful but viable alternatives, like what has been released lately.

honestly, i'd rather see the focus turned away from easier/alternative ways to obtain godlies, and more toward crafting opponents that dont necessarily require godlies to defeat...

I think this is too complicated for Subeta's battle system, and we don't need another recode on our hands.

PM'd me with the idea and asked for feedback. It's kind of difficult to understand first, but I believe there's a good explanation even though I predicted there will be disagreement and difficulties with coding.

Initially, I wasn't really into it because I was more in favor of releasing more decent T10+ weapons that are not super expensive (or rare). There are only a few types of these weapons, and they aren't easily obtainable for newcomers moving up (only as MC, challenger drop, higher end achievements etc). Good T10+ weapons are pretty much required for battling EH and Impossible challengers.

Understandably, there are going to be sound objections which are against more godly-like replica weapons released in the system. But if there are going to be DIY godlies released, the cost needs to be reasonable. This isn't easy to figure out without much debate. Anasazi's proposal is to use EXP as the main cost, and roughly 1m EXP is around 300m or so in stats. That's for the God mod. The item (vessel) has mod slots and takes the God mod and does nothing on its own. It's bought with sP. However, the rumors of EXP wiping looks true, but it doesn't not change the idea that it's going to cost lots of exp to buy a God mod.

Then the item has defense icon scaling based on defense, and hp heal scaling based on total stats. That's where a portion the coding complexity is.

The thing is, we don't need the system to rely even more on the presence/existence of godlies, and we do not need temporary godlies.

What we need is to get away from NEEDING godlies, by making better weapons in high tiers (T12 has like 3 weapons, MW, Ballista and K-Freezewand) and high-tier opponents that again, don't need godlies

Subeta has been doing well trying to get away from needing weapons that were released 6 years ago, this suggestion is only several steps back.
