We can unlock zombie skins from all the previous years in the beta wardrobe...except 2014! D:

To use the 2014 skins, we have to buy a vial and spend days progressing through the stages. Even after all that, the skins we get are only temporary and wear off after a couple of days. The vials are getting expensive and it's just not feasible to keep buying them up if we want to use the final stage. I love Lotus, but I also don't want to use up all my vials :c

I think the 2014 zombie bases should be unlockable just like the rest of the zombie or zapper skins.

I would also love to be able to keep these skins. Something like the vials getting stronger with age so now they're permanent would work.

It makes perfect sense but please no >.< It's bad enough seeing people with the lotus vial for a few days here and there much less wearing it all the time

I love the idea of these skins being rarely randomly awarded after using a vial and reaching the "fully formed" stage... like an event that says:

"Oh no, looks like that dose was stronger than you thought! Hope you like your new look... you'll be keeping it till L'amour finds a cure. :("

Kind of like how the Lace skin is random as well... so it would get more of those vials out of the system too? And then each Survival they can be brought back in through quests again.

I'd like to see this, too, but only after a vial is used and the virus runs its course.

I like Lexx's random event idea, except for the fact that the vials are kind of a limited resource as they're retired and that could get prohibitively pricey for some people.

Maybe it if was a random event like doing activities in the Underground (although I didn't like how Baker's Kiss was basically forced on any uninfected person who visited the bakery in 2012).

Or not a random event, but some specific new Underground activity where the user KNOWS they've got a risk of infection. Totally thinking Flash Gordon right now, but sticking your hand in a suspicious rotty log to see what you get? Maybe you lose things there, too, in exchange for the chance at a skin (SP, etc).

Edit: OOOOO Or maybe stick your hand in the rotty log for a possible chance at a VIAL, which would then only give you a chance at a virus!

Yeah the vials are limited, we need a way to get more in the system.

Bubbles' quests are still open (or open again? I'm honestly not sure if they ever officially closed last year), but the organs are a finite resource since harvesting isn't. Some of them are approaching 100k in user shops

I'm all for bringing the vials back (if not in some permanent way, then through quests during survival... maybe Carl even?). Of, if those quests are still open (they are?), finding a way to get the harvested organs back into the system in a less finite quantity.

Or maybe even having our little zapper terracoon friend play a part in this? He seems eager to get back at the world, and making people into zombies could work into that... especially since he already IS doing this, but for the main strains.

I like the random idea, but I got the lace skin on my first visit to Subeautique after it was released. I'm probably biased. Plus, I saved some vials.

It would be more fair to either release them again, or not make it random. You know, if it actually happened. :)

I'd love to get the skins in my wardrobe too! It kind of feels like a waste that we can't really use them, especially in the future where vials will get super inflated. u.u I like the random event idea too, or they could become permanent even from vials if there was some way to get more in the future...
